A new vision in Mass Spectrometry Imaging

Version 2.0 (alpha 4)

This new version of MSight semi-automatic analysis of LC-MS datasets, including peak detection, matching, as well as qualitative and quantitative differential proteome analysis of several sets of data.

Please note that this is an alpha version which is still under development. You should therefore expect that certain features might change in the upcoming final release, and that certain yet undetected bugs could appear. You may download and use this pre-release in order to familiarize yourself with the upcoming version. In addition, by downloading this alpha version you accept to send us your feedback, in particular by replying to the questionnaire that is or will be made available to you.

Please note also that this alpha release will only be valid until 22 June 2008 .
